Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information soccercareer.app and the Draft to Glory game (the "Service") collect, how we use it and the choices you have. The Service is operated by AdTech Consulting Group LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Questions: support@vimay.group.
The short version. There are no accounts and no ads, and we never sell your personal information. Your career is saved on your own device. We use Google Analytics to understand how the game is played, but only after you click "Accept". You can change your mind any time in Cookie settings.
1. Information stored on your device (not sent to us)
The game uses your browser's local storage to keep your progress and settings on your device. This data isn't sent to our servers:
| Key | What it holds |
|---|---|
| dtg_run5 | Your current or last career, including the player name, number and choices you enter |
| dtg_ach | Achievements you've unlocked (used to unlock kits) |
| dtg_sound | Whether sound is on or off |
| dtg_pack | A custom name pack, if you loaded one |
| sc_consent | Your analytics cookie choice |
You can delete this data any time by clearing your browser's site data for soccercareer.app.
2. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" on our cookie notice, we load Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years) and collects:
- pages viewed, the referring website, and time and engagement on the site;
- game events such as starting a career (with the game mode, story and men's or women's game chosen), finishing a career (seasons played and Hall of Fame score) and sharing a result;
- device, browser, operating system, screen size and language;
- approximate location (country, region and city), which Google derives from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 doesn't log or store IP addresses.
We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we don't use Google Analytics data for advertising. If you decline, Google Analytics isn't loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept and later decline, we stop analytics and delete the analytics cookies on this site. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
3. Information collected automatically by our providers
- Hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when your browser requests a page, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and it is kept for a limited time.
- Web fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google says it doesn't use this data to build profiles or target ads.
4. Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and help you.
5. What we don't do
- We don't require an account or ask for your real name, phone number or address.
- We don't show ads or use advertising cookies.
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
- We don't use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
6. How we use information
We use information to run and secure the Service, understand which features players use so we can improve the game, fix bugs, reply to messages and meet legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, such as for visitors in the EEA or UK, we rely on your consent for analytics and on our legitimate interests for security and operation.
7. Who we share information with
- Service providers that process data for us: Google (Analytics, if you accept, and Fonts) and our hosting provider.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or us.
- Business changes: if we're involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
8. Your choices and rights
- Cookie settings. Change your analytics choice any time using Cookie settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we don't show the analytics prompt and analytics stays off unless you turn it on yourself.
- Local data. Clear your browser's site data to delete your saved career and settings.
US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know or access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or delete it;
- get a portable copy;
- opt out of sale, sharing for targeted advertising or profiling (we don't do these).
To make a request, email support@vimay.group. Because we don't use accounts, we may ask for details, such as your analytics cookie ID, to find your data. You may use an authorized agent. We won't discriminate against you for using your rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general.
Visitors outside the US
If you're in the EEA, UK or another region with similar laws, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your local data protection authority. The Service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is a general-audience game and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game itself needs no personal information, and a career is stored only on the player's device. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, for example by email, contact support@vimay.group and we'll delete it.
10. Data retention
Google Analytics event data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for our records. Data on your device stays until you clear it.
11. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and we keep data collection to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect the information we handle.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and we'll ask for your consent again if a change affects what analytics collects.
